It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Edwin Thake (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on March 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Nancy; his children, Allison, Steven (Caroline) and Paul; his grandchildren, Lauren, Quinn Bradley, Andrew and Owen Thake; his friend Makaella Martin; his siblings, Wayne Thake (Glady), David Thake (Ardelle) and Marilyn Bisson (John); his siblings-in-law, Barb McCorkell, Janie Varey and Roly Foster (Deb); his siblings' children, Kim Michaud (Mike), Susie Michaud (John), Wayne Thake, Laura Blocka (Darcy), Jane Thake Ray (Tyrel), Luc Thake (Jen), Tom McCorkell (Dawn), Greg McCorkell (Jaime), Bill McCorkell, Natalie Varey, Kathy Vanderven (Darryl) and Mike Supinski (Ang); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, David, Jade, Jacob, Jonah, Abby, Everly, Shelbi, Tye, Zach, Seth, Averi and Eryk.
