He was predeceased by: his spouse Nel O'Neill; his grandsons, Joshua and Justin Lucas; and his daughter-in-law Gwen. He is survived by: his children, Ed (Bonnie), Sherri Lucas (Joe), Dan (Sandra) and Randy (Susan); his grandchildren, Angeline Thiboutot (Jo), Aaron (Elisha), Hayden (Veronica), Adam Lucas (Adele), Devon (Megan), Mark (Julie), Richard (Charlotte), Brian (Ashley), Katelyn Martino (Ron) and Rebecca Suggitt (Justin); and his siblings, Patrick (Fran) of Edmonton, AB, Rose Marie of Dunsford, Albert (Maureen) of Peterborough and Evelyn of Langley, B. C..

Due to COVID-19: all attending guest must be able to provide proof of full vaccination or have a negative COVID test from within 48 hours. All guest are still required to wear a mask.
