It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Dawson (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dora Dawson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Melborne Rossford Dawson; her parents, Miriam McKnight and John McKnight of Uxbridge; and her sister Jeanne McKnight. She is survived by: her children, Janice, Russell Halden of Peterborough, John and Maria Dawson of Toronto; her grandchildren, Shane, Blake Halden, Camille (David Sheffield), Drew and Madeline Dawson; her great grandchild Lydia Sheffield; her brother Donald McKnight; and her sisters-in-law, Helena Dawson (late Keith Dawson), Joan Williams (late Wes Williams) and Grace Lindstrom (late Bob Lindstrom).
Due to COVID-19, a private family service will be held.
