She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Blewett; her parents, James Brooks and Margaret; and her siblings, Mons Brooks, Doris Conroy, Orma Brackenridge and Doug Brooks.
She is survived by: her children, Terry (Joan) and Rick (Jan); her grandchildren, Casey Riehl (Tim), Libby Blewett (Maritza Swart), Tracy Cottam (Keith), Braden Blewett and Joey Blewett (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Dayle, Luke, Matt, Claire, Ryan, Jack and Blake; and her niece Peggy Jewel.
In memory of Dorothy and in lieu of flower, donations to Community Care Lakefield would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough.
