She was predeceased by: her parents, Wytze Douma and Jitske Douma; her brother John; and her sister-in-law Karen. She is survived by: her husband Bob Wierdsma; and her siblings, Jeannie Luimes (John) of Oshawa, Alice, Dean Howland, Harold (Mary) of North Lunenburg, Oscar (Karen) of Sarasota, Abe (Janet) of Chesterville, Joanna Wierdsma (Sim) of Peterborough, Rick (Ellen) of Iroquois, George (Darlene) of Whitby and Wes (Wanda) of Iroquois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Kidney Foundation or Rhema Christian School would be greatly appreciated by the family.
