He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Nayler and Tommy Nayler; and his siblings, Ken (Ruth), Olive and Bob Nayler.
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his daughter Carolyn Parker (Adam); his grandchildren, Sam, Eliza Durie (Jason), Maggie, Helen and Betsy; and his sisters, Lorraine Connell (Bob) and Margaret Langfield (late Russell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.
