He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Chapman and Grace Chapman; his sister Beth McMullen; and his brother-in-law Gary McMullen. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Chapman; his children, Tricia Kay (Dave), Megan Chapman, Chelsea and Samoyed; his grandchild Shelby; his siblings-in-law, Ralph Hyland (Linda), June Rafuse (Dave), Dale, Dixon and Cathy Butson (Ted); his mother-in-law Wilma Hyland; and his nephews, Vern, Doug and Mark.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Peterborough or the Peterborough Humane Society in Doug's name is appreciated.
