It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Taylor (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on September 26, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Floyd Taylor and Mary Elisabeth Taylor (Ward); and his brother Lorne Taylor (Jean). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Taylor (Scott); his children, Brian (Alexandria) and Karen; his grandchildren, Bailey, Clover, Jasper, Talon, Maisie, Elly, Taya, Caleb, Caitlyn, Spencer, Lily, Kade, Ivy, Brittany, Megan and Kyle; his brothers, Gerald (Wanda) and Dennis; and his cousins, Ron and Gary Setterington. He is also survived by nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice Peterborough, or the Canadian Cancer Society. Donations are being accepted for: HOSPICE PETERBOROUGH CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER (CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER).
