He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Watkins and Dorothy Watkins (Pitchford); his sister Dorothy (Williams); and his brothers-in-law, Stephen Harris (Viola) and Bruce Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Jean (Harris); his brothers, Donald (Sharon) of Peterborough and Darryl (Beth) of Sidney, B. C.; and his brother-in-law John Harris (Kathleen) of Tillsonburg.
