We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2019, at the age of 90, Edward Balfour (Peterborough, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chambers-Balfour; his daughters, Kimberly Henderson (Andy) and Kellie Poulos; his grandchildren, Eddie (Sarah), Colin Henderson (Lindsey), Matthew (Emma) and Sam Poulos; his stepdaughter Kimberley Chambers; his son Bernard Chambers (Susan Roka); and his grandchildren, Stacey, Carly Hopkinson, Jessica, Bernie Chambers and Nicole Nailer (Sean). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
