It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ellen Keffer in Peterborough, Ontario, born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on March 24, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Carl Keffer; her parents, Leonard St and Agnes St (Corrigan); her children, Linda Bunn (David), Don Keffer (Theresa) and Rick Keffer (Virginia); and her brothers, Leroy, Jim St. Germaine, Kenny and Tom St. Germaine. She was also cherished by six grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
