He was predeceased by: his siblings, Yvonne Lilly, Dawn Milam, Jim Edwards, Tom Cowie and Frances Crispo.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Cowie, Christa Gray, Cynthia Gray and Emile Cowie Jr. "Sonny" (Anita); his great grandchildren, Desiree, Silas and Nevaeh; and his siblings, Richard Edwards (Sadie), Katherine Ostvik Jules and Lynda Bradley. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends.
