She is survived by: her close friend Lee; her son Matt (Cher); her granddaughters, Abby (Gabe) and Lidia; her siblings, Julie Atkins and Mike Seabrook (Jan); her in-laws, Larry Card, Bob Card (Barbara) and Elaine Nolan (Terry); her nieces and nephews, Benn (Emma), Luke (Jennie), Emily, Ryan (Shadi), Paul (Naoua), Jason (Lucy), Bobbie-Jo, Katrina, Jeff, Chris and Lori; her close friend Linda McCormick; and her caregivers, Dr. Blake and Dr. Dan.
