Frances Foley Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Foley in Peterborough, Ontario, who passed away on March 16, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph James Foley; her parents, Samuel Carpenter and Una Deck; and her brothers, Donald, Gerald and Jack Carpenter.

She is survived by: her children, Gregory Foley of Peterborough, Leslie Foley and Raymond Lee of Belleville; and her sister-in-law Mary Foley of Trenton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In memory of Frances, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Peterborough Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
