Franklin McCarthy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Franklin McCarthy (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on July 25, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Gerald (Patty); his siblings, Richard, Thomas, Margaret Viscoff, Betty Johnston, Marion Zebernoski and Joan Stewart; and his parents, Frank McCarthy and Margaret McCarthy.
He is survived by: his wife Rita; and his children, Donald (Janice), Bernard (Holly), Paul (Antonietta "Toni"), Elizabeth McCarthy (Wilfred), Maureen Lemke (Randy) and Jennifer Beauchamp (Tom). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
In memory of Frank, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
