He is survived by: his children, Sylvaine Cloutier and Nancy Ann Cloutier; the mother of his children Marie-Paule; his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Marie-Michelle, Sarah Ann, Jacob, William and Samuel; his great grandchildren, Maurice, Normand and Lily-Ann; his wife Lois Kelly; his stepchildren, Trevor, Debbie, Cheryl, Kelly-Ann, Perry and Theresa; his siblings, Richard, Sueky, William and Louise; and his friend Wanda Bennett. He is also survived by his many extended family members and friends.
