He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Brien and Theresa O'Brien; and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his siblings, Stephen (Jill), Alan (Delila), Susan (Dennis), John (Rhonda), Phillip and Glen; and his friend Karen Rowe. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
