He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Shelly Maclean (Harley), Jennifer Morrissey (Mike) and Kelly Beer (Sean Davison); his grandchildren, Bradley, Julia, Brody, Ireland, Mitchell, Matthew, Emily and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Everly and Baby Jamieson; and his siblings, Brenda O'Brien (Rick), Sam Krol (Chris), Barb Wissink (Charlie), Doug Beer (Annie) and John Beer. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and his many friends.

Covid-19 restrictions are in place and face coverings are mandatory.

In memory of George, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
