He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean (Griffin) and Earlim; and his siblings, Ross, Evelyn Haylock and Keith (Lynne).

He is survived by: his wife Yvonne (Fenech); his daughter Sue-Anne; his son-in-law Michael Whetung; his stepchildren, Jennifer Cotton and Robert "Sean" Cotton; his brother Alister; and also Betty (Milburn).
