He was predeceased by: his parents, Ada Mae and William Pearce; his stepmother Lila; his brother William Gerald "Gerry"; and his granddaughter Kimberly Morton.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret; and his children, Jamie, Wayne (Elizabeth), Brian, Janet-Leigh (Walter), Margaret-Anne (David) and Glenn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
