He was predeceased by: his siblings, Margaret Millar (late Orville) and Roger (Ethel); and his sisters-in-law, Norma Hughey and Gladys Wakefield (John). He is survived by: his wife Velma; his children, Tracey Thompson (Brent), Tina Houston (Jim) and Chris Tucker (Lisa); his grandchildren, Trisha (Scott), Kristen, Adam, Brooke, Brady (Jazmin), Cole, Zachary, Calen, Jennnifer, Heather (Rob), Amy, Cali, Abel and Zoey; his siblings, Myrtle Rosebush (late Howard) and Dave Tucker (late Lee Ella); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Stewart (Ken) and Harvey Hughey (Renee).
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5).
