He is survived by: his wife Ida; his daughters, Susan (Bantroch), Christine (Trewin) and Heidi (Wagg); his grandchildren, Joshua (Trewin), Matthew (Trewin), Claudia (Wagg) and Blake (Wagg); and his siblings, Erika, Helmut, Inge and Horst.
