She was predeceased by: her husband Alfred Ammann (Fred); and her siblings, Frank and Donna. She is survived by: her children, Beverley McIndoo (Warren), Debbie Ammann, Nancy Hewitt (Jim), Terry Ammann (Sandi) and Ken Ammann (Lynn); her grandchildren, Heidi Harrald (Craig), Krista Hewitt (Cameron), Kirk Ammann (Kayla), Jenny Todd (Jordan), Cassie McIndoo (Graeme), Jessica Saleem (Harris), Tyler Ammann (Katie), Piper Ammann and Taylor Ammann; her great grandchildren, Reese, Isobel, Maddie, Isla, Nora, Jack, Freddie, Esa, Isaac and Mikail; and her sisters, Thelma and Leila. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In memory of Gwen, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Peterborough Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
