She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her daughter Gail. She is survived by: her brother Michael Moody (Dianne) of Fort Erie; her daughters, Linda Jones (Toronto) and Dianne Waldron (Calgary); her grandchildren, Chris O, Connor and Julie O; and her caregiver Aide. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.

Many thanks to the staff of the GAIN Clinic (PRHC), who were able to gain her trust and to provide invaluable support and guidance, to the ever kind and compassionate staff of Rubidge Retirement Residence and of the VON Woodland Centre Adult Day Program for their contribution to Gwen's happiness and well-being.
