We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Heather Stremler (Peterborough, Ontario), born in Shawinigan, Québec. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Heather is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Heather's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her husband Herman Stremler; her children, Robyn Stremler (Jason Goncalves) and Dawn Stremler (Paul Carr); her grandchildren, Anika, Theo, Felix and Camille; her sister Gwyneth Ainslie (Hany Georges); and her nephew Andrew (Lindsay).
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5). A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at the Highland Park Cemetery (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5).
