He was predeceased by: his son Alfred (Sylvia); and his son-in-law Robert "Weage" Fountain. He is survived by: his wife Marianne; his children, Wilma Townsend (James), Karin DesChamp (Ken) and J. W. (Judy); and his son-in-law Randy Robinson.

In memory of Henry and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Five Counties Children Centre, Diabetes Association, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough.
