Herbert Gaensbauer Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Herbert Gaensbauer (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on August 13, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Gaensbauer and Louise Gaensbauer; his sister Ruth (Jim Stewart); his parents-in-law, Leo (Vicki), Jack, Raymond and Theresa (Chub); and his daughter-in-law Deborah.

He is survived by: his daughter Anne (Tim Little); his wife Joan (Bourrie); his children, David (Suzanne), Kathryn and Alan; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Veronica, Jett, Bradley (Miranda) and Natalie (Seth Cronin); his great grandchildren, Gigi Burton and Paul Cronin; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Reynolds (Gerald) and Joyce Bourrie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
