She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Frederick Higley. She is survived by: her sister Ruth Root of Kalamazoo Michigan; her sons, Wade Higley (Chantal) of Stouffville and Christopher Higley (Hazel) of Peterborough; her grandchildren, Mathew Higley, Dinah MacGillivary, David Seguin, Tyler Seguin, Jessica Seguin, Leigh Anna Higley and Bud Higley; her great grandchildren, Max, Robert, Cooper Higley, Parker, Ava Spoor, Maggie MacGillivary, Cole, Chelsea, Charly Kemp, Hudson Higley and Kennedy Edwards; her stepsons, Jim Solway (Paula) and Bert Solway (Bev); her stepgrandchildren, Dean, Deanna, Brook Solway and Bonnie Burton; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Dakota, Jayden Solway, Aaden, Myla Burton and Chloe Solway. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Hilda's name to Alzheimer's Society, PRHC Palliative Care, the David Award, or a charity of choice would be welcomed.
