He was predeceased by: his sibling Clayton Whitney (late Barbara). He is survived by: his children, Wayne Hoover (Joanna) and Lisa Hoover; his grandchildren, Whitney Piper, Kaitlynn (Nikolas Turcotte), Megan (Mike Haas) and Shannon McLaughlin (Leanne); his great grandchildren, Isabel, Quentin and Elliott; and his sibling Earl Hoover (Hazel). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
