We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jack Evans (Peterborough, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Norma, Gilbert and Len. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Evans; the fathers of children, Paul Evans (Lisa) and Laurie (Mike Fryia); his grandchildren, Shayne, Jamiera (Drew), Zachary (Alex), Joel (Jen) and Jaden; and his brother Robert. He is also survived by friends, and his faithful companion.
Private family arrangements have been made due to COVID-19 restrictions.
In memory of Jack, donations may be made to the Peterborough Humane Society Animal Services, or the Alzheimer's Society–Peterborough through the funeral home or online.
