Jackaline Duffus Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2022, at the age of 96, Jackaline Duffus of Peterborough, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bert L. Duffus; her parents, Richard Henry Brown and Georgina Somerville; her siblings, Frances Bissett, Doreen White, Victor Brown, Azella Brown and Phyllis Andrew; her siblings-in-law, Dorothy Donoghue and Vincent Duffus; her niece Eyvonne Dalgleish; and her nephews, Garvin White and David Duffus.

She is survived by: her sons, Tom (late Teresa Gooley) and Peter Duffus (Nancy); her granddaughters, Kerri Lavoie (Al) and Kate Duffus (late Sam); her great grandchildren, Ava, Elyse and Maxime; her nieces and nephews, Richard Brown, Ron Brown (Katie), Shirley Hawkins (Roger), Robert Yorston (late Sonde), Mark Donoghue (Elizabeth) and Debby Crowder; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kathy Round (Mark), Paul Dalgleish (Kathleen), Cheryl White, Dale White (Jayne), Brenda Byers (Robert), David White (Michelle), Lisa Mollard (Bill), Trevor Hawkins, Graham Hawkins, Susan Brown, Jay Brown (Michelle), Christopher, Richard and Matthew Brown.

A Celebration of Jackie's life will be held in the DUFFUS CHAPEL on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 1 p. m. (The family request that those attending the visitation or celebration of life would kindly wear masks).

In memory of Jackie, donations to St. Joseph's at Fleming Foundation or the Sister's of the Precious Blood Monastery would be appreciated by the family.
