She was predeceased by: her mother Marilyn; her father-in-law John Seifried; and her siblings, Ricky Black, Angie Glober (late Michael Hewey) and Josh Black.

She is survived by: her husband Mark Seifried; her children, Laura-Lynn Roy (Christopher), Sydney Seifried (Braeten Collins) and Morgan Seifried (Casey Van Maurik); her grandchildren, Leo, Clare and William; her father Randy Black; her mother-in-law Paula Seifried; her sister-in-law Jill Hagerman (Ryan); and her pets, Billie, Finneas and Marley. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews as well as her friends.

In memory of Jackie and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
