He was predeceased by: his brother Douglas Winter; and his parents, Liz and Jim. He is survived by: his son Richard Winter (Vickie); his grandchildren, Brad Winter (Julie), Michelle Winter, Leslie-Anne Winter, Alex Winter (Lisa), Casey Winter (Kendall) and Kevin Winter (Ashley); and his son Brad Winter.
