With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Kelly (Peterborough, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on March 9, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his wife Cathie; his children, Sharon (Joe Missen), Michele (Tony Allen) and Yvonne O'Brien (Shawn); his grandchildren, Nicole, Daniel (Leane), Kayla (Cole), Liam, Declan, Lucas, Jerica, Kaydin, Anna, Kailyn and Kinsley; and his parents, Owen Kelly and Mary Kelly.
He is survived by: his sister Margaret Redding.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ashburnham Funeral Home (840 Armour Rd, Peterborough, ON K9H2A2). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Highland Park Cemetery (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J1C5).
