He was predeceased by: his mothers, Darlene Kelly and Mary Adeline Roberts; and his brother Steve. He is survived by: his children, Josh, Jordan and Emily; the mother of his children Tricia Crowe; his siblings, Darren (Patti) and Desiree Wheeler; and his girlfriend Nikki Mercer.

Because of Jason's passion for and volunteering with Team 55, the family would like to have any memorial donations made towards this great organization.
