It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Evelyn Halsted of Peterborough, Ontario, who passed away on April 1, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Leonard "Mo" Halsted; and her siblings, Jim (Betty), Tom (Mary) and Betty. She is survived by: her children, Maurice Halsted (Jane) of Edmonton, Valerie McGriskin (David) of Douro and Stephen Halsted of Keswick; and her grandchildren, Jade, Nolan (Allyssa), Jylee, Jennifer (Jason), Melinda, Eric (Cherelyn), John (Stacy), Meredith, Steve (Meriah), Leah, Sam, Savannah, Lucas, Jack, Everett, Hayden, Julius, Penelope Fawna and Brexley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
