She was predeceased by: her son Wayne. She is survived by: her children, Gail Boucher (Robert), Dianne Portsmith-McClennan (Roger), Sherry Hedges (Russ) and Lisa Eastabrook (Steve); and her grandchildren, Colin (Yang), Natalie, Emily, Elise and Alanah.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre (356 Rubidge St, Peterborough, ON K9H4C7). A committal service will be held on Monday, May 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Mark's Anglican Church Cemetery (Aka Zion Cemetery) (2298 Base Line, Peterborough, ON K9J6X7).
In memory of Jean, if desired donations may be made to the Lakefield Animal Welfare Society (LAWS) or Cameron House.
