She was predeceased by: her husband Neil; and her siblings, Edna DeShane (Harry), Ora Reader (Owen), Bob Dowson (Mary Reader), Ralph, Bernice Palmer (Garnet) and Jack Dowson (Mary Lea McEachern).

She is survived by: her child Leslie (Moose Doornbos); her sister Doris MacMillan (Mac); and her sister-in-law Mary Dowson.
