She was predeceased by: her sister Faith Bower of Hamilton, ON; and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her son Richard; her grandchildren, Chris of Vancouver, BC and Erin; her great grandchildren, Ivy, Anna and Bree Weerts; and her sons, Robert and Gordon.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Community Living Oakville.
