He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his children, Kayde, Jaidyn and Mylie; his parents, Joanne Embury and Ken Embury; his siblings, Karen (Brodey Lubey), Kevin (Beth), Jenna (Tony Post) and Krista; his mother-in-law Shelly Neil; and his brother-in-law Scott Neil. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
