It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Jacobs (Peterborough, Ontario), who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his foster parents, Harry Clements and Annie Clements. He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his children, Jeff (Aimee) and Cherie (Dave); his grandchildren, Paige (Ryan), Kelvin, Andrea (Joe) and Bailey (Naomi); his sister Ann Webster; his sister-in-law Lorraine Gardner; his foster sister Vivian (late Don); and his sister-in-law Irene (late Earl). He is also survived by his nephews and nieces and many friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. Donations are being accepted for: HEART AND STROKE FOUNDATION OF ONTARIO CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER (CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIETE CANADIENNE DU CANCER).
