She is survived by: her husband Guy Lewis; her children, Randy Lewis (Leanne), Larry Lewis (Carla) and Cindy Lewis (Bernie); her grandchildren, Kelly (Harold), Jason (Julie), Gradyn (Sarah), Ryan (Allison), Tyler (Shanna), Nicolle (Jim) and Jocelyn; and her sister Mary Blackwood.
