We bid farewell to Jocelyn Kate MacLeod (Peterborough, Ontario), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 24, 2025 at the age of 97. Jocelyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband James Robert MacLeod; her son Ian MacLeod; her sister Mary Patterson (late Jim); and her parents, Joshua Dyon and Florence Aitken.
She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Scott MacLeod (Sue) and Duncan MacLeod (Jane); her grandchildren, Sheila, Andrew, David, Cory (Kristina) and Heather; and her great grandchildren, Kai and Kylie.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Highland Park Funeral Centre Chapel (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J1C5). A burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at the Highland Park Cemetery (2510 Bensfort Rd, Peterborough, ON K9J 1C5).
In her memory, and in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by her family.
