He was predeceased by: his children, Jean (late Terry Hosford) and Jeffry; and his parents, Geoph and Doris. He is survived by: his wife Paula Banister; his daughter Theresa (Chris James); his daughter-in-law Wendy; his former wife Norma; his grandchildren, Amanda, Amy Mallary (Dave), Carsen (Emily) and Andrea (Dan); his great grandchildren, Will (Kate), Alyssa, Kieran, Ronan, Rowan, Poppy and Addison; and his great great grandchildren, Myla and Brody.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rosemount Memorial Gardens (2551 Whittington Dr, Peterborough, ON K9J0G5). A reception will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Ashburnham Funeral Home & Reception Centre (840 Armour Rd, Peterborough, ON K9H2A2).
