He was predeceased by: his parents, Johan Boksman and Neltje Boksman. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Boksman; his son Jeffrey Boksman (Kim); his grandchildren, Katie Relf (Spencer) and Jack Tyler Boksman; and his brother Leonard Boksman.
