He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Carlow and Eva Carlow; and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ralph; his siblings, Beverly O'Brien (late Carl), Jim (Shirley) and Gail Nihill (Bob); and his sister-in-law Yvonne Mahoney (Jim). He is also survived by his family, friends.
