He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Evans and Harriett Evans; and his stepmother Gizella. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Wilson); his sons, Paul (Hazel) and Scott (Tina); his sister Pauline; his mother-in-law Marion Wilson-Goodlet (Harold); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Hitchcock (Ken), Gary (Doreen), Rick (Cheryl) and Robert Wilson (Tammy). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, friends.
In memory of Jack, donations to Hospice Peterborough or the Parkinson's Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
