He was predeceased by : his mother Audrey Gogo; and his brother Richard Gogo. He is survived by : his wife Cathy; his children, Lauren, Joelle (Ben Kheir) and Mitchell; his father Norman Gogo of Penetanguishene; his sister Wendy Knight (Jack) of Wasaga Beach; his sisters-in-law, Merle Gogo (Al Denny) of Angus, Janet McGuire (Lou) of Greely, Susan Blanchard (Tom) and Betty Prideaux (Thane) of Brockville, Ontario; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa Sutton, Jamie Knight, Chris Knight, Karen Thompson, Dave Gogo, Kerry Walsh and James Blanchard.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 16th 2021 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ashburnham Funeral Home (840 Armour Rd, Peterborough, ON K9H2A2). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 16th 2021 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
