“So sad to hear this news. Such fond memories. I always enjoyed visiting "uncle" Jack and Phyllis, they always made me welcome and he had such great stories to tell me about him and my dad in their younger days. Definitely will be missed. Unfortunately, I will be in Thunder Bay, on holiday, next week, so cannot be there, in person, to pay my respects. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you who loved him, too. -- John Cavanagh”
