He was predeceased by: his son Stewart (Barb); his sister Joan Crowe; and his brother-in-law Rollie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Tracey (Jim) and Jeffery (Jessica); his grandchildren, Devon, Cora, Dawson, Caleb and Hayley (Zuber); and his siblings, Arlene Mathews (Dan), Ken (late Gail) and Gay Eastabrooke.
A Celebration of Jack's Life will take place on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 317 Hunter St. W., Peterborough beginning at 1p.m.
